I promise you they’re more exciting than they sound.  In fact, this is one of the coolest products I have come across in a long time.  Paper napkins in 17 great colours dispensed on a perforated roll. ‘My Drap’ as the company tells you is ‘simple and ingenious’.  Machine washable or not so impossibly expensive that you can chuck them out.  I fell upon them and came home with arm loads. www.virages.fr

I love the Paris based accessories company called Eno. Well designed, thoughtful products.  The kitchen pencil by Sebastian Bergne is an easy favourite.  Witty, charming and useful.

Arik Levy’s ‘My beautiful garden’ needs no plants, a sculptural pot with stake made from terracotta and beech wood.

These fun wall clocks from Italian company Diamantini & Domeniconi caught my eye.  Made from thin aluminium sheets, contrasting hour and minute hands against a gently concave face. www.diamantinidomeniconi.it

I have long been a fan of Michael’s work.  Now sold through Sigmar in London Michael has added the mobile chandelier to his collection.  A constantly moving chandelier, no chance of getting bored with this ever changing piece.  I also love the ball vase in bronze, a witty take on the bowling ball. www.sigmarlondon.com
